Return Policy

CozeaCore will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Any sign of damage may compromise the CozeaCore guarantee

  • Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (such as undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing between financial institutions before your refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact cozeacore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If damage is not reported within 48 hours, we may not be able to honor your claim. We use tracking timestamps and carrier delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests.
